Edit, Trend, and Clone KPI
Advanced users can edit KPI definitions displayed on the Dashboard by clicking on the Edit link at the lower-right corner of each KPI.
An Edit KPI window opens allowing you to alter the KPI Description, display order, range, critical/alert/optimal value, and default format.

Trend KPI
Maintenance Connection provides the ability to track trends for each KPI over time rather than just having a single snapshot of the KPI. Because of the complexity of tracking trends for KPIs, we highly recommend reaching out to your Implementation Consultant to help you set up KPI trending. MC Agent is required to gather KPI trending and the process can only collect trending information for integer based data, not text values.
Contact your System Administrator for additional information on modifying KPI definitions.
